Product Returns
Spirits & Bottles
Due to licensing regulations and health & safety requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. However, we will gladly replace or refund:
- Damaged items received during delivery
- Incorrect items sent in error
- Faulty or defective products
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of any damage or defects.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be in resaleable condition.
Experience Bookings
Gin School & Distillery Tours
- More than 7 days before: Full refund or free rebooking
- 3-7 days before: 50% refund or free rebooking
- Less than 3 days: No refund, but rebooking available for a £20 fee
- No-shows: No refund available
Private Hire Events
Private hire cancellation policies are outlined in your booking confirmation and may vary depending on the event size and requirements. A non-refundable deposit is typically required.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue:
- Email us at info@quaysidedistillery.co.uk with your order number
- Describe the issue and attach any relevant photos
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately. We work with trusted couriers and will investigate any delivery issues promptly.
